The Italian Theological seminary is a Christian institution created by the Italian Union of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. It maintains relations with other institutions that are part of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, and with other state, religious and private institutions.

The Seminary functions based on the Sacred Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments in harmony with the Fundamental Doctrines of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

The degrees offered by the Seminary of Italian Adventist College “Villa Aurora” are as follows:
Level I: Three-year Degree in Theology.
Level II: Specialist’s Degree - may be earned in two years of study following the completion of the level I program.

The Specialist’s Degree has two tracks. Both tracks prepare students for pastoral ministry, at the same time giving each student the opportunity to focus on one of two emphases.

Family Pastoral Care: this first track gives students the opportunity to specialize in ministry of the family.

Religion, Rights & Society
: this second track prepares students to utilize the various communication skills and media in the service of the world church.
